Will there be any additional charges?

No. The price you see is the price you pay, there are no hidden charges. Our rates always include taxes, motorway fees and baby/child seats as standard. Only if you change the booking and request additional services will the price increase.

How do we pay for the booking?

On your booking confirmation email, you will find a payment link to pay online. This is a very fast, simple and secure method. The payment is immediately applied to your booking and you will be able to download your paid invoice immediately.

Can we choose our collection times?

Yes. All our services are to fit the client’s wishes. Simply let us know what time we want the collection, or arrive at the venue, and we will take care of the rest.

We don’t know at what time we want the return service, what can we do?

This is a common request with restaurant transfers. We offer the option to have the driver waiting on standby until you are ready. However, this comes with an additional charge and must be booked in advance.
