Can we schedule our own collection times?
Yes, of course. However, we recommend that you provide us with your tee-times in order that we can check that the schedule is viable.
What happens if we want to change our collection time?
That’s no problem. We can adapt and change your itinerary to fit your needs. Simply advise us by email or if it’s a last-minute change by phone, and our helpful Traffic Managers will take care of the rest.
Will our transfer be private and go directly to our destination?
Yes, absolutely. All the services that we provide are private services, we never join passenger groups together.
The routes that we take are carefully planned to be as direct, efficient, and comfortable as possible. The motorway toll roads will be used whenever necessary at no extra cost.
Where will our driver be waiting for us at the airport?
Attached to your booking confirmation, you will find a map of exactly an airport map showing exactly where your driver will be waiting for you.
We have young children that require seating, can you help?
Yes, we can. We have a large range of baby and child seating to need every need. Simply advise us of your child’s age (or height and weight) and we will ensure that the correct seat is fitted inside the vehicle for you upon your arrival.
Will there be any additional charges?
No. The price you see is the price you pay, there are no hidden charges. Our rates always include taxes, motorway fees and baby/child seats as standard. Only if you change the booking and request additional services will the price increase.
How do we pay for the booking?
On your booking confirmation email, you will find a payment link to pay online. This is a very fast, simple and secure method. The payment is immediately applied to your booking and you will be able to download your paid invoice immediately.
Do you offer sightseeing and other transfer services?
Yes. We offer many different services. Sightseeing trips across Andalucia, restaurant transfer services, deluxe, wedding, and golf transfers to name but a few. Whatever you need, please let us know, you can help.
Can we choose our collection times?
Yes. All our services are to fit the client’s wishes. Simply let us know what time we want the collection, or arrive at the venue, and we will take care of the rest.
