Luggage Allowance

Golf clubs and additional luggage are accommodated at no extra charge however it is necessary to specify at the time of booking if there will be more that one suitcase and piece of hand luggage per passenger.

 

Flight Delays

Flight delays are an unfortunate part of traveling however with Simply-Shuttles you can be sure that once we confirm an airport transfer we will be ready and waiting whatever the delay. This is one of the reasons that we insist on your flight number at the time of booking.

 

Special Requirements

Baby and booster seats are provided free of charge with all transfer services however they need to be requested before arrival as we do not carry this equipment on the vehicels at all times.

For passengers traveling with any disabilities or who require additional assistance is it vital that we are informed at the time of booking in order that we can accommodate the passenger safely and comfortably.

 

Collection Details

Airport Transfer Arrivals

When booking an airport transfer with Simply-Shuttles we will request your flight number in order that we can monitor your arrival time and be ready and waiting your arrival. In the unfortunate event that your flight is delayed, we will there to meet you regardless of the length of the delay.

Malaga Airport AGP

Upon your arrival at Malaga Airport you will be met by your driver who will be waiting immediately outside the arrivals hall holding a sign displaying your name, From there the driver will lead you a short distance to the coach park where your vehicle will be waiting.

Gibraltar Airport GIB

When arriving at Gibraltar Airport you will need to cross the border into Spain. This is only a short walk of less than 100 metres and very simple to find the way. Once you pass through the border control your driver will be waiting directly outside the building with the vehicle and a sign displaying your name.

Under special circumstances if we are requested then the driver can cross the border into Gibraltar and meet you at the airport, however the option has one major drawback. The vehicle cannot be parked close to the border control and so there maybe a considerable walk once you crossed into Spain. In our experience we have found that until the Spanish terminal of Gibraltar airport is complete with access directly from Spain, meeting our clients outside the border control is the best option for all parties.

Alternative Transfers

For transfer services with alternative collection points we will take all details of your location and a mobile phone number when the booking made. This allows us the time to research any unusual locations and to call before the collection time if there are any difficulties finding the collection site.

 

Retrun Collections

Many of the transfers we make involve return services. If you have not booked a return and wish to do so then you can do this by giving all the relevant information to your driver and we will confirm it form the office as soon as possible. When making a return transfer collection we will wait as near as possible to the location that you were delivered to, however from time to time this is not possible not so the driver will wait at the drop off location and escort you to the vehicle.
