• Q: Who will meet me at the airport?
• A: Our driver will be waiting for you outside the arrivals hall holding a sign clearly visable with your name.

 

• Q: What happens if my flight is delayed?
• A: If your flight is delayed we will reschedule the transfer. You can rely on simply shuttles to be there waiting for you regardless of how late your arrival is.

 

• Q: What is my luggage allowance?
• A: We always allow for one item of luggage and one piece of hand baggage per person, however additional luggage like golf clubs or skis are accommodated FREE of charge with transfers of 5 passengers or more if specified when booking.

 

• Q: What facilities are there for babies and infants?
• A: We provide baby and booster seats FREE of charge, to avoid disappointment these must be requested when booking.

 

• Q: What happens if I can´t locate my driver at the airport?
• A: We will provide you with a mobile phone number for emergencies or if you fail to locate your driver at the airport. The driver will also have your contact details and will contact you if necessary.

 

• Q: Is there a charge if I pay by credit card?
• A: We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard with no surcharge. However if you make a payment by American Express this will incur a charge of five percent.

 

• Q: How will I receive confirmation of my transfer booking?
• A: We will always send confirmation of your booking by email. If this is inconvenient please notify us at the time of booking and we can make alternative arrangements.

 

• Q: What happens if my transfer booking alters?
• A: If you booking requirements change in any way please contact us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate all of your changes. Should you incur further charges or refunds we will notify you.

 

• Q: We are travelling with golf clubs?
• A: If you notify us of the golf clubs on booking we will accommodate them FREE of charge.

 

• Q: When is the best time to book my transfers?
